Don’t forget that this year’s annual meeting will be held on January 24 at the Suntree Methodist Church, beginning at 7:00 pm.

We have 519 homes in this community and we require at least 130 attending voters or proxies  (remember, you are entitled to one vote per property) to establish a quorum which will allow us to conduct association business.  If for some reason you cannot attend, please submit your limited proxy form so that we can establish a quorum.  If we do not have a quorum we will not be able to have the meeting and will have to spend additional association dollars to schedule another meeting.   The limited proxy form should be filled out and sent into Space Coast Property Management no later than 4:00 pm on January 24, 2012, or you can give it to a neighbor or board member who will be attending.    In order to cast your vote for the Election of Directors, you must also complete the ballot and place it inside the smaller envelop, seal it and place it inside the larger envelope and mail it with your proxy form.

The board would like to extend a “Thank You” to everyone in the community who participated in this year’s holiday decoration contest.  We had more homes  than ever participate in this year’s contest and it really is a pleasure to drive through the community to see the welcoming lights and creativity of our homeowners.

This year your board decided to judge the contest individually for each phase, providing more winners than in past years.   Below are the list of winners for each phase, along with a few honorable mentions that the judges also felt deserved to be recognized.  

Phase I

Hopefully you will get a chance to drive-by and enjoy some of the decorations that you might not have otherwise seen in the other phases.  Thank you again to all who participated.  Also, “thank you” to our judges – we know this wasn’t an easy task.   We look forward to having even more homes participate next year.

Now is the time to join your neighbors and begin decorating the outside of your home for the the holidays.  This year each phase will be judged separately.  Each phase will be awarded prizes for 1st place ($75), 2nd place ($50) and 3rd place ($25).    Judging will take place between December 16th-20th.
