Diane Weinzierl resigned her seat on the Board of Directors at the April 2012 HOA Board Meeting.  The Board of Directors would like to take a moment to thank Diane for her 3+ years of volunteer service on the Board of Directors. Diane worked diligently to improve the subdivision and was instrumental in establishing the Pineda Crossing Web Page.

The Board of Directors also wishes to welcome William “Bill” Revesz who was appointed to the Board of Directors at the April 2012 meeting.

The May Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday May 30th at
7pm at the Pineda Presbyterian Church

The Board will host a guest speaker, Andrew Ranew, from Ranew Insurance Agency.  Andrew will be giving a brief presentation on the HOA insurance policies and explaining the subdivisions coverage under the current policy term.

Community residents are welcome to attend.

The April Board Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 25th – 7:00 pm – at the Pineda Presbyterian Church.

All homeowner’s are welcome to attend.
